The Wooster Fire Departments mission is to prepare for, respond to, and mitigate all calls for duty in an efficient and cost-effective manner. To meet this mission, the WFD will aggressively provide; fire suppression, emergency medical services, rescue operations, training activities, emergency, and community risk reduction.

In this field, one might cross difficult encounters and the WFD encourages its agency to utilize tools included in this wellness app, such as the Wellness Toolkit, Therapist Finder, EAP, and more, with the certainty that the use of this app is confidential.
